The Lakeway Twirlers Square Dance Club holds its dances at the Talley-Ward Recreation Center directly across from Morristown East High School. Our address is 324 S. James Street.
We are about half way between Bristol and Knoxville off of I-81.
We are easy to get to. Just follow these directions or set your GPS to 324 S. James Street, Morristown, TN.
If you are coming east from Knoxville:
Take I-40 to I-81. At Exit 8 keep right onto 25E north. Take 25E north 4 miles to Rt. 160. Turn right on 160 for 1/2 mile to Cumberland Ave. Turn right on Cumberland for 1 1/2 miles to Morris Blvd. Look for the Walgreen's on the corner. Turn right to next street (James St.). Turn right. Talley-Ward is on the right.
If you are coming west from Bristol:
Take I-81 to Exit 12. Continue right on 160 for 3.5 miles to Cumberland Ave. Turn right on Cumberland for 1 1/2 miles to Morris Blvd. Look for the Walgreen's on the corner. Turn right to next street (James St.). Turn right. Talley-Ward is on the right.
If you are coming from the north:
Take 25E south to exit 2A. Make a left at Morris Blvd. Drive about 2 miles on Morris Blvd. Make a left turn on James Street (look for KFC and Dairy Queen on your right). Talley-Ward is on the right.
If you are coming from the south:
Get to I-81 or I-40 and follow the directions shown above.
